The Providence Group, Atlanta’s premier homebuilder and developer along with more than 30 trade partners were excited to be a part of the 2023 St. Jude Dream Home® - for the first time in Atlanta. The winner was announced in early August and Dixie Smith of Mississippi won the first-ever St. Jude Atlanta Dream Home®. The Dream Home is located in the gated, master-planned community of Millcroft in Sugar Hill area of Western Gwinnett. The 2,470 square-foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths is valued at over $650K. The interior and exterior of this one-of-a-kind, home, showcase the commitment to both quality construction and meticulous detail. 

Along with the drawing for the new TPG home, there were several winners of other great prizes during the ticket sales time period. Here are the name of the winners: 

• Jose de Jesus Servin of Atlanta won the $2,500 Target gift card 

• Yamil Sobh of Duluth won the Delta Vacations package worth up to $10,000 

• Priscilla Butts of Fairburn won the 2023 Dodge Hornet
