Lenbrook, Atlanta’s premier intown community for engaged senior living for 40 years, has named Carlos Vazquez as Director, Human Resources and Corporate Compliance Officer. It has also named Sarah Pattee as Manager, Internal Communications.

“We are excited to have Carlos and Sarah join the Lenbrook team as they bring a wealth of experience and knowledge with them,” said Felecia Sveda, Lenbrook Chief Operating Officer. “Carlos has a strong record of creating people strategies and solutions to support both an organization and its associates. Sarah has developed internal communications, training and change management programs that generate business results. We look forward to them developing and driving programs that ensure Lenbrook continues to be a unique and highly desirable option for senior living and care.”

As a member of the Lenbrook senior leadership team, Vazquez will oversee strategy development and execution of people plans and initiatives and will lead the HR team. In addition, he will oversee Menders by Lenbrook workforce initiatives and compliance. Prior to joining Lenbrook, he worked for more than 25 years at the Coca-Cola Company in various HR roles. For the past two years, he served as principal of a boutique, full-service HR consulting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from William Penn University and is a graduate of the Harvard Executive Education Summit Leadership Program.

Pattee will design, develop and deploy a comprehensive internal communications strategy to promote the Lenbrook Brand, work with internal stakeholders to support communication efforts and build a strategic communications framework. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Boston College. She previously worked for Pfizer as a senior communications specialist for 13 years.
