Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated a new lease at Cobb Corporate Center in Marietta, Georgia. Lincoln’s Vice President Seabie Hickson, Vice President Matt Fergus, and Executive Vice President Hunter Henritze, represented the building owner, TerraCap Management LLC, in the transaction.

Circle City ABA of Georgia signed a 7,145-square-foot lease at the office park located along Franklin Gateway SE in Marietta. David Todd of CBRE represented the tenant. Circle City ABA is a resource for children with autism and their families, providing ABA therapy, behavior consultation and occupational therapy.
