Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers LLP has added 12 attorneys in Atlanta, along with the addition of Jay Gillespie to serve as the firm’s director of finance. Joining as senior attorneys are Michael Martin and Vera Starks, along with associates Mollie Beth Amick, Brandon Bridges, Vanessa Galvan, Taylor Gore, Christopher Hennessey, Robert Kozloski, Asa McMillian, Lindsey Phillips and Sarah Snipes. These additions mark the firm’s continued focus on strategic recruitment in 2023 following the announcement that eight attorneys joined in January.

Gillespie brings over 15 years of experience serving in financial and accounting roles, including handling internal audit for an international corporation, serving as an operations controller for a national utility provider and, most recently, as Chief Financial Officer with a large, full-service, multi-state law firm. He earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his MBA from Kennesaw State University.
