Fischer Homes, a top 30 U.S. homebuilder, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Chandler Pethan to Construction Manager for the Atlanta Division. Pethan began his journey with Fischer Homes in 2020 as a Field Manager.

In his capacity, he is responsible for planning construction projects and overseeing progress from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. His key responsibilities include budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling projects.

“Chandler shows a great commitment towards the overall team’s success and has a calming demeanor which will assist him in his new role,” said Josh Brockman, Division Manager for Fischer Homes Atlanta Division. “I look forward to his continued growth in the Atlanta Division.”

With years of experience working in managerial roles, Pethan has worked as Lead Builder for seven years at local Atlanta builder, SR Homes. He joined Fischer Homes in 2020 and has worked his way up from Field Manager III to Field Manager IV and is now leading the team as Construction Manager. Pethan is process-driven and has successfully mentored and trained many members of the production team at the Atlanta Division over the past year.

Pethan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia College and State University, majoring in management information systems. He resides in Cumming, GA, and in his free time enjoys fishing, hiking, golfing, and going to Braves games.
