-Jackson Healthcare a family of highly specialized healthcare staffing, search and technology companies, today announced that its president, Shane Jackson, has been named to the newly published GEORGIA 500 list by Georgia Trend magazine. This marks the second consecutive year that Jackson has been recognized in the annual program designed to celebrate leaders who exemplify innovation, vitality and success across the state’s dynamic business landscape.

Jackson’s inclusion on the 2023 list reflects his contributions across both the state of Georgia and the healthcare staffing industry. Under his leadership, the organization has become one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing firms and among the largest privately held companies in Atlanta. Jackson also has been instrumental in adding multiple new businesses under the Jackson Healthcare brand since 2021, further expanding its presence in healthcare staffing and technology and enabling it to positively impact more patients across the country.

In addition to Jackson, the list is comprised of individuals from both the private and public sectors and spans various industries, including aerospace, banking, education, government, healthcare, manufacturing, nonprofit, real estate and transportation. Georgia Trend accepted nominations, completed extensive research and conducted hundreds of interviews to compile the list, which is showcased in the magazine’s November special issue.
