Naviant, a leading provider of intelligent automation solutions by Hyland and ABBYY, announced today that it signed an agreement to acquire Imaging Solutions and Services, Inc.’s (ISSI) OnBase and ABBYY software division. ISSI is a business process automation provider based in Memphis, TN.
