Smith + Howard announced the elevation of Caleb Lloyd to its partner group, effective November 1, 2023.

“Caleb’s experience and diverse skill set bolsters our advisory practice and financial due diligence team. His ability to guide businesses through every step of the financial due diligence process has allowed Smith + Howard to grow its due diligence team and partner with businesses nationwide,” said Marvin Willis, Partner and Accounting and Advisory Practice Leader.

Caleb joined Smith + Howard in 2011 as an intern within the firm’s audit practice. Throughout his career, he specialized in financial due diligence and ultimately joined the firm’s Accounting and Advisory Practice. He now leads the firm’s financial due diligence team, providing various services, including Quality of Earnings and buy and sell side due diligence.
