Trilogy Investment Company, a leading national provider of Build-To-Rent (BTR) housing communities and integrated land development company, announces that Gina Davis has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, Davis will lead the asset management branding and design of Trilogy’s robust and growing BTR portfolio of more than 3,500 lots, townhomes and single-family residences.  

Davis brings a proven track record and more than 24 years of experience managing large residential real estate portfolios, including all facets of multi-family and property management. She has also been an intricate member of multiple startup management companies where she managed more than $2B+ in assets and oversaw a team of 100+ employees. Prior to joining Trilogy, Davis received her CAM license and managed multiple associations, including the Shops of Buckhead.

Outside of the office, Gina enjoys spending time with her husband Zach of 20 years and daughter, Gizelle. She also enjoys cooking and taking walks with her Cane Corso, Manolo.
