Swift Currie Elevates Three Attorneys to Partnership in Atlanta and Birmingham

Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers LLP is pleased to announce three attorneys have been elected to partnership, effective January 1, 2024, including Brandon Clapp and Murray Flint in Birmingham and Jonathan Wilson in Atlanta.

Brandon Clapp focuses his practice on insurance and commercial litigation, representing clients in professional liability, commercial disputes and insurance coverage matters. He also provides litigation services for clients at all levels of court throughout Alabama and counsels clients on out-of-court resolutions. Clapp’s diverse litigation background includes construction, employment and transportation cases. He is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and has been on the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list since 2021. Clapp earned his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his law degree from Samford University Cumberland School of Law.
Murray Flint represents businesses and individuals in a range of insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters, including construction defects, premises liability, product liability, personal injury, appellate advocacy and arson and fraud claims. Flint also advises insurance carriers on coverage issues and defends companies before and during civil litigation. He was named a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020. Flint received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.
Jonathan Wilson represents employers, insurers, self-insureds and third-party administrators across the state of Georgia on all aspects of litigated and non-litigated workers’ compensation claims. He advises employers on workplace procedures prior to claims and assists his clients in creating polices that provide guidance for workers' compensation matters. He also handles appeals and cases before Georgia’s State Board of Workers’ Compensation. He received his undergraduate degree from Berry College and his law degree from Mercer University – Walter F. George School of Law.
