Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) has been awarded the management assignments for the retail spaces at 675 N Highland and Tens on West, two upscale mixed-use properties in Atlanta. Lincoln’s Senior Vice President Shane Froman, and Senior Portfolio Manager Retail Lead Naomi Rizzo will oversee property management on behalf of the landlord for both, TA Realty.

675 N Highland is a luxury multifamily community with 28,200 square feet of ground retail space. Current tenants of 675 N Highland include Van Michael Salon, Rockwell Oral and Facial Surgery and Celeste Nails & Spa. The property is located on N Highland Avenue in the Poncey-Highlands neighborhood, one of the fastest-growing areas in the city with nearly 430,000 residents in a three-mile radius. 

Tens on West is a luxury multifamily community in Midtown Atlanta, located on W Peachtree St NW. It features 14,518 square feet of ground-level retail space, which is currently occupied by Nagomiya, MINT Dentistry, YogaSix and LowCountry Steak among other tenants. The property sits in close proximity to Georgia Tech’s campus and provides direct access to I-85/I-75, as well as nearby MARTA stations in Atlanta’s second-largest business district.

Lincoln currently handles property management for over 1.8 million square feet of retail space in Metro Atlanta. Other retail properties the company manages include Shops at Towne Lake and Shops at Buckhead Crossing in Woodstock; Pleasant Hill Square in Duluth; and Echo Street West, Shoppes at 319 West Ponce and Glenwood Place in Atlanta.
