Trilogy Investment Company Promotes Stephen Corasaniti, CPA to Vice President and Controller

Trilogy Investment Company, a leading national developer and provider of build-to-rent housing communities throughout the United States, announces Stephen Corasaniti, CPA has been elevated to Controller and Vice President. He joined the company in 2022.
As Controller, Stephen manages Trilogy’s accounting department and is responsible for Trilogy’s internal and external financial reporting for all development projects and corporate entities. In addition, Stephen assists the CFO on cash management, provides monthly financial reports to all of Trilogy’s investors and facilitates monthly fundings with lending and investment partners.

Trilogy Investments Co. continues to experience significant growth with 10 communities in 2023 under lot development, vertical construction and/or placed into operations comprising of 1,000+ units of single-family rental homes. The 2024 horizon looks even stronger and will bring additional growth to the Trilogy platform.
Prior to Trilogy, Stephen worked for Wood Partners and as an auditor for Ernst and Young – focusing primarily on private real estate clients in the southeast. Stephen holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science inAccounting from Shorter University, as well as an active CPA license. He lives in Atlanta with his wife Lexie, a NICU nurse at Scottish-Rite Hospital, who inspires him daily with her dedication to providing the best care possible for her patients through difficult circumstances with love.
