Windham Brannon, an INSIDE Public Accounting Top 200 Firm, has welcomed two new directors to its tax practice: Kristin Posey and Kimberly Hansard.

Posey brings more than 25 years of public accounting experience to Windham Brannon, with a strong focus in the manufacturing, technology and healthcare industries. She possesses extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, multistate/multinational corporations and tax accounting.

Hansard has more than 30 years of public accounting experience, having spent her career primarily helping businesses, business owners and high-net-worth individuals in various industries. She currently serves Windham Brannon’s clients by specializing in tax planning and compliance for real estate companies and high-net-worth individuals.
