Blue River Communities Names Maria Whitlatch as Operations Manager

Blue River Communities (BRC) is proud to announce Maria Whitlatch as its new Operations Manager. With 13 years of experience working for national builders, Whitlatch brings a wide range of industry experience, most recently serving as an Area Sales Manager for Century Communities in Atlanta.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Maria previously and look forward to once again having her on my team,” states Greg Duriez, CEO. “Maria is an uber-talented team player with a depth of industry knowledge.”
As the Operations Manager for Blue River Communities, Whitlatch oversees a diverse range of responsibilities crucial to the company’s daily operations and strategic growth. This role includes overseeing Community Openings, Marketing, Model Merchandising, Competitive Analysis, Human Resources, Culture Initiatives, and Field Operations Support, ensuring that all facets of the operation integrate seamlessly to support the company’s overreaching goals.

Maria resides in Suwanee with her husband. In their free time, they enjoy boating on Lake Lanier and visiting their two grown children.
