The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) proudly announces its participation in Atlanta Streets Alive, a community-driven event that transforms Atlanta’s streets into car-free zones, promoting a healthy, sustainable, and vibrant city street experience. This Sunday kicks off the first of three Atlanta Streets Alive events this summer, with additional dates on June 16 and July 28.

The celebration this Sunday, May 19, features a tour of an electric bus, live music courtesy of MARTA’s public art program, Artbound, and a prize wheel with the chance to win MARTA merchandise. Also, practice putting your bicycle on the bus bike rack!
