Denim Marketing Wins Nine Hermes Creative Awards

Denim Marketing is excited to announce that it won nine 2024 Hermes Creative Awards, including two platinum, five gold and two honorable mentions. The awards honor the best in publications, public relations, branding collateral, websites, videos, advertising, marketing and communication programs.

Platinum Hermes Awards
Denim Marketing won a Platinum Hermes in the media relations category for scoring the Wall Street Journal article They Got a ‘Sleep Divorce’—and Their Marriage Has Never Been Better for Kolter Homes. The article highlighted the addition of plans offering “snore rooms” in Cresswind’s active adult communities. These dual-primary suites give couples individual spaces to rest without disruption.
A second Platinum Hermes in the media relations category recognized an online placement featuring MarketNsight in U.S. News & World Reports. The article Understanding Housing Inventory and What It Means for You highlights MarketNsight data related to housing inventory and housing market trends.
Gold Hermes Awards
Denim Marketing took home five Gold Hermes awards this year. Homebuilding industry news publication The Builder’s Daily highlighted Chathambilt’s 75th anniversary with the article, Built to Last: How Family Names Endure Homebuilding’s Cycles. Focusing on the building company's history and multi-generational leadership, this article was part of a larger campaign highlighting the home builder’s 75th anniversary.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution covered SabaRaba’s, a popular Middle Eastern restaurant opening in a mixed-use development in Chamblee. The article highlighted commercial real estate brokerage and restaurant advisory terra alma and how the firm works with restaurants and landlords.
An emerging high-growth build-to-rent platform developer, Trilogy Investment Co., was featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle via an interview with its CEO, Jason Joseph. In the article, Trilogy Investment Co. CEO: Build-to-rent offers flexibility over equity, Joseph explains the build-to-rent industry and how flexibility is the equity for renters by choice.
A CBS 13 WMAZ-TV television placement, New Warner Robins development offers houses without mortgages for Parkland Residential earned a Hermes Gold award for its coverage of the build-to-rent developer's new Grove Landing single-family BTR development in the Warners Robins area.
Build-to-rent general contractor Jim Chapman Construction Group works across the Southeast. The Savannah Business Journal article, Jim Chapman Construction Group Breaks Ground on Noble Vines in Port Wentworth, showcases the contractor's capabilities to build on the coast and its upcoming build-to-rent community in Savannah, Georgia.
Hermes Honorable Mentions
Additionally, Denim Marketing received two honorable mentions. In the marketing category, the Kiper Homes’ Key to Your Heart social media campaign won for a campaign designed to increase engagement and drive traffic to model homes. User-generated content highlighted consumers’ favorite homes as the “key to their heart.”
The second honorable mention is in the media relations category for a newspaper placement published in the Rockdale-Newton Citizen. Townhome Development Coming to Glen Road in Rockdale County announced that land developer Blue River Development has sold a 139-townhome community to Smith Douglas.
