Jenn K. Coalson has joined K&H as litigation counsel, bringing over 15 years of experience in guiding corporate and individual clients through high-stakes legal disputes. She has served as lead counsel at every stage of a case, from investigating and responding to incidents in real-time, through pre-suit negotiations and mediations, to dispositive motions during litigation, jury trials, final arbitration hearings, and on appeal. Jenn draws on her extensive experience in employment law, business litigation, and federal practice and procedure to offer advice and solutions tailored to each client’s needs. William’s deep experience counseling clients on corporate transactions includes middle-market mergers and acquisitions (including in a distressed context), divestitures, venture capital investments in both early and later stage companies, corporate reorganizations, and strategic business alliances. William received his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and his JD from Emory University School of Law.
