The new resort spans more than 15,000 square feet, featuring over 170 air-conditioned suites including indoor, indoor-outdoor and VIP suites with a TV, soft bedding and an exclusive webcam for pet parent access. During play time, pets enjoy plenty of social interaction and physical activity with amenities such as spacious indoor and outdoor play yards, an outdoor bone-shaped swimming pool, shaded areas with misting stations, and a specially designed Tiny Town for dogs under 25 pounds.  

Pet Paradise also features a grooming salon, cat condos, and special treats like dog ice cream and a pet-loving team who tends to well-deserved belly scratches and snuggles. Additionally, Pet Paradise offers its premium board-and-train experience to help pups unleash their full potential. In addition to this new resort, the company recently opened a location in Hilton Head, SC and in Chattanooga, TN, with several more locations planned across the country in 2024 and 2025.
