After a thorough evaluation, the City of Atlanta is excited to announce that Savi Provisions LLC has been selected to lease the retail space at the Grant Park Gateway, an award-winning, mixed-use development with parking and recreational amenities in the heart of Atlanta’s Grant Park neighborhood. This decision follows the company’s successful bid in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Atlanta Department of Procurement and the Department of Parks and Recreation. The award recommendation will now be sent to the Atlanta City Council for approval.

Conveniently located next to Zoo Atlanta, the Grant Park Gateway presents a unique opportunity as a retail space in the heart of a historic Atlanta neighborhood. The project replaces a former parking lot with modern architecture and sustainable design while creating a new and convenient retail opportunity. In 2022, the 2.5-acre Grant Park Gateway project earned the Atlanta Urban Design Commission’s Award of Excellence.

Savi Provisions is a popular local neighborhood market founded in Atlanta in 2009. The company is known for offering high quality, locally sourced foods, fine wines, and spirits. By re-imagining a traditional grocery store, Savi Provisions fosters long-lasting relationships with local farmers, vineyards, and distilleries. Each location serves not just as a grocery store but a place for the community to gather.

The Grant Park Gateway project, finished in early 2021, transformed the parking lot into a park-topped garage. The goal of the project is to develop a sustainable and community-focused space. The inclusion of Savi Provisions is anticipated to boost the area's diversity of food options and convenience, acting as a central gathering place for both residents and visitors.
