Fostering Success Act is excited to welcome Denise Habegger to our team. Denise joined us in March as our Grants Coordinator. Denise brings a rich background from television advertising to high-level administrative roles across various industries. Her career began in Chicago, Illinois, and has included notable positions such as a Media Buyer/Planner at Leo Burnett and a Sales Coordinator at Jackson + Coker, where she provided exceptional support to C-Suite clients. A consistent commitment to excellence and innovation in sales, marketing, and customer service has marked her career.

After years dedicated to raising her two daughters and supporting her husband's career, Denise sought a role that matched her drive for a deeper purpose. This search brought her back into the workforce where she continued to utilize her robust skills to impact those around her significantly. Denise's journey to our organization began after attending a Jackson Healthcare event in December 2022, where she learned about the Fostering Success Act. Moved by the emotional stories of young people aging out of foster care, she was drawn to the cause, recognizing an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

As our Grants Coordinator, Denise's daily tasks are dynamic and crucial, involving tracking tax credit approvals, managing donations, reviewing grant applications, and providing direct support to young adults seeking assistance. Her empathetic approach to her work allows her to connect deeply with these individuals, ensuring they receive the support they need while empowering them for future success.
