Here’s what pushed Atlanta to the top: 

• Atlanta is home to many teleworkers, with almost a third of its workforce operating remotely. 

• The median income in Atlanta is $54,930 and the unemployment rate 4.8%. 

• Atlanta has the highest coworking space density in the nation – 24 spaces per 100,000 people – and a total of 118 spaces. 

• With great internet connectivity, Atlanta ranks fifth nationwide for public Wi-Fi density with 150 hotspots per 100,000 people. The two airports in the area grant the city another fifth rank in our analysis. 

• Atlanta has 679 entertainment establishments per 100,000 people – the sixth most in the U.S.
