Wednesday, July 31st, 2024

California-based women’s luxury lifestyle brand Brochu Walker will join Buckhead Village’s diverse retail community with its latest location set to open on Friday, August 9. Located at 260 Buckhead Avenue, Brochu Walker promises “Luxury to Live In,” offering ready-to-wear pieces including dresses, tops, bottoms, loungewear, shoes, handbags, accessories, and more. The brand’s Buckhead Village location will be its fourth storefront and first major city location, joining existing stores in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, Westport, Connecticut, and Southampton, New York.

Born and raised in France, Owner and Creative Director Karine Dubner studied at La Sorbonne before working alongside Max Azria at his eponymous brand, BCBG MAX AZRIA. Dubner acquired Brochu Walker in 2013 and has turned it into the sought-after lifestyle brand it is today. The brand’s clothing can be described as understated, quiet luxury with rich, natural details.

The Buckhead Village flagship store will occupy 1,800+ square feet designed by New York-based firm Paul Bennett Architects. The design is the essence of the brand’s mantra “Luxury to Live In” – refined simplicity, quiet yet rich details, serene yet tactical. Each element in the store will be personal, bringing together inspiration from Karine’s French upbringing with her passion for luxe details. Guests will be greeted by oak floors, subtle touches of pink and grey, and wooden mannequins to bring a natural element into the space. Olive trees, subtle patterned rugs, and fabric chandeliers round out the interiors and help highlight the brand’s beautifully understated collection.

“I wanted to create a space that was very serene, yet welcoming – one that lets our collection be the centerpiece while allowing our guests to experience the true Brochu Walker aesthetic,” said Dubner.

Brochu Walker will be open from 11am-7pm Monday through Saturday and noon-6pm on Sundays. Photos and renderings courtesy of Brochu Walker can be found here. For more information, visit www.brochuwalker.com or follow along on Instagram.
