This milestone marks a two-year effort to become a licensed general contractor across the Southeast, furthering its overarching goal to develop and build 2,000 to 3,000 homes and lots a year. 

“To build that many homes and develop that many lots, we have to be licensed in multiple states, and we’re thrilled we officially have the credentials to make it happen,” said Jim Chapman, JCCG president. “With this latest news, we’re on track to surpass the success of previous years.”

Currently, JCCG is bidding several new jobs throughout the Southeast, including ones in Spartanburg, Greenville and Beaufort, South Carolina; Atlanta, Gainesville and Stockbridge, Georgia; the greater Nashville and Chattanooga areas of Tennessee, as well as East Tennessee; Orlando and Wildwood, Florida; Aiken, South Carolina; and Huntsville, Alabama. 

JCCG is also actively developing and building homes and communities in Tallahassee, Florida; Huntsville, Alabama; and Savannah, Port Wentworth and Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. JCCG will break ground on two new projects in Villa Rica and Dawsonville, Georgia within the next 60 days.
