Lincoln Property Company Announces Leasing Momentum at Tower Place 100 in Atlanta

Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global, full-service real estate firm, announced that Tower Place 100 has signed 55,356 sq. ft. of new, expansion, and extension leasing activity in the first quarter of 2024.
Amid industry-wide challenges, including two consecutive quarters of negative absorption in Buckhead, Tower Place 100 has successfully secured several significant leases, highlighting its strategic advantages and enduring appeal.
The recent leasing activity at Tower Place 100, including several expansions at a time when many office tenants are downsizing, has bolstered a positive outlook for the building. This achievement highlights Tower Place 100's strength in attracting and retaining high-quality tenants, reinforcing its status as a premier office destination in the region.
The below leases have been executed at Tower Place 100 in Q1 2024:

Lincoln’s Hunter Henritze, Alex Port, and Maia Perri lease the building on behalf of ownership, Trimont and Trigild.
“Tower Place 100 is an iconic Buckhead building that has stood the test of time. Even in a down market we continue to see steady activity,” said Lincoln Executive Vice President Henritze.
In addition to serving as the leasing agent for Tower Place 100, Lincoln serves as the property manager for the building.
Tower Place 100 is a Class A, 29-story, 613,821-sq.-ft. tower with soaring floor-to-ceiling windows offering unobstructed views of Buckhead and beyond and is adjacent to Tower Place Park. The property, at 3340 Peachtree Road, has "back door" access to GA 400, the Buckhead Loop and Piedmont Road, as well as direct proximity to mass transit. The tower includes several restaurants, a concierge service, car wash, dry cleaner, coworking space, and barber shop.
