Cushman & Wakefield announced the commercial real estate services firm has elevated Molly Millard to Director within its Southeast Capital Markets team. She will transition from her previous role as a key member of the firm’s office tenant representation team in Atlanta.

Tyler Courtney, Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Principal of Atlanta operations, said, “Molly is a top-performing broker and has always been a valuable asset to our firm. It’s great to see a leader like her jump at an opportunity to be in a position that will deliver a new learning experience and serve an important function in lifting our investor services business.”

Millard began her career in commercial real estate more than six years ago. She joined Cushman & Wakefield and its Atlanta Office Tenant Representation team in 2020, serving clients in the professional services sector and representing many law firms and financial firms in lease negotiations for their office space.

In her new role, she will collaborate with key members of the Atlanta-based Southeast Capital Markets team, including Samir Idris, David Meline, and Stewart Calhoun, to advise clients on office investment sales throughout the region.

“The office capital markets environment has shown signs of recovery. We’re prepared to take advantage of improving conditions and growth in the best interest of our clients and we can’t wait for Molly to be part of this exciting journey with us. Her prior work on the tenant representation side of the house brings a fresh perspective to our team,” added Samir Idris, Executive Managing Director within the Southeast Capital Markets team.

Millard noted, “This is an exciting move for me and I’m grateful to be considered for the opportunity. As I shift my focus from strengthening our office tenant representation practice locally to growing our office investment sales across the Southeast, I’m eager to work with and learn from the best of the best within our capital markets platform.”
