The Best Place to Work rankings are compiled by a survey sent to employees on criteria such as employee happiness and well-being in the workplace. Employees are also asked if they would recommend to others employment at their company. From the results, the top companies earn honors as being among the best employers in Atlanta. 

For the past two years, The Providence Group and its employees have given back to the communities they work, live and play in through the 2023 and 2024 St. Jude Dream Home® giveaway, raising more than $3M for St. Jude Research Hospital, as well as raising funds for and assisting local charities like the North Gwinnett Co-Op and the North Fulton Community Charities.
