AmeriPro Health, an industry leader in patient logistics and last-mile healthcare delivery, announced today the hiring of industry veteran Thomas McEntee as the company’s new chief administrative officer. 

McEntee, who most recently served as president and CEO of a leading medical and transportation logistics company in the Northeast, will draw on decades of progressive EMS experience to help support AmeriPro’s mission of delivering high-quality patient care while offering a comprehensive menu of tech and logistics services to healthcare partners. He will lead AmeriPro’s strategic deployment initiatives, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, team development and other key administrative functions as the company continues entering new markets while expanding its technological infrastructure.

McEntee has overseen more than $400 million in deal volume throughout his career, which includes his time as national vice president of mergers and acquisitions for one of the country’s largest EMS providers. He’s managed high-performance EMS systems and led the development of large-scale regional communications centers. The New Hampshire native began his career in high school as a volunteer for a community ambulance service.

McEntee has been an active leader in the American Ambulance Association (AAA), serving on the organization’s board of directors and spearheading legislative efforts at the state and federal levels. He is a prior recipient of AAA’s Lifetime Achievement Award, given to individuals whose work has enhanced the programs and services of AAA and its members.

McEntee’s hiring coincides with AmeriPro Health’s swift growth across the country, including the recent acquisition of Detroit-based Rapid Response as well as expansion into new markets in Indiana and Kentucky.
