The Atlanta coworking market’s performance in Q3:
Total coworking square footage:

7th largest nationwide;

Increased by 3.1% to 4.5 million sqft from 4.36 million sqft in Q2.
Number of coworking spaces:

6th highest nationwide;

Increased by 5% to 237 spaces, from 226 in Q2.
Average square footage/coworking location:

16th highest average square footage among the leading markets;

Decreased by 2% to 18,976 sqft from 19,295 sqft in Q2.
Median monthly prices of coworking memberships:

Open workspaces stagnated at $139, below the national median of $150;

Dedicated desks decreased from $289 to $279, staying below the national median of $300;

Virtual offices increased by 21% from $148 to $179, the highest growth among the leading markets.
The top leading coworking operators in the U.S. market remained the same as in Q2 of 2024: Regus, WeWork, Industrious, Spaces and HQ. Regus continues to lead with 998 spaces across the U.S. – a 2.4% increase Q-o-Q. However, HQ is the operator with the fastest expansion, having grown by almost 10% in Q3.
