CBRE Atlanta Names Managing Director of Occupier Services

CBRE announced that Betts Ervin has been promoted to Managing Director of Occupier Services for the Atlanta region, effective November 1. In this role, she will drive the region’s growth strategy for the leasing and consulting services CBRE delivers to occupiers of office, industrial and retail properties.

Ervin joined CBRE in 2018 as Sales Manager of its Atlanta office and was promoted to Sales Director in 2021. In her previous role, she led sales management efforts for the metro Atlanta area, including business development, pursuit strategy, broker debriefs, team formation, multi-market coordination, and platform collaboration.

“Betts has been a strategic partner to our professionals for the past six years, and her promotion to the Atlanta leadership team is well-deserved,” said Ferguson. “She is a key player in growing our local market share and connecting our professionals to CBRE’s diversified platform. Her new role will help our occupier professionals deliver unmatched solutions to their clients.”

Ervin is a graduate of the University of Georgia and a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, where she will serve on its board of directors in 2025. She’s also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Atlanta.
