Inglis will deliver an inspiring talk titled "Changing Our Minds and Why We Should Admit When We’re Wrong," focusing on the power of challenging assumptions and fostering change. His work on conservative climate solutions has been recognized nationally, offering a fresh perspective on leadership and adaptability.

Other featured “Think Talk” speakers include Thomas & Hutton’s Cecilia Arango, presenting on redefining company culture and Joe Marchese of Buddies and Blessings, discussing the importance of diversity in action. The agenda also includes Jeremy Swiller's workshop on leveraging artificial intelligence to drive business success. Saxton Smith from the FOX Theater will lead a seminar titled "Curating Your Menu: Tailoring Your Products and Services to Your Unique Local Clients and Customers," providing practical strategies for creating a compelling and customer-focused business offering.
