Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a brand-new Whataburger location in Alpharetta, Georgia. The property sold for $2.65 million. 

Dominic Sulo, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, and procured the buyer. John Leonard, Broker of Record in Georgia, assisted in closing the transaction. 

The new construction Whataburger is located at 1080 McFarland Pkwy, just off Interstate-19. The 2,274-square-foot property is adjacent to two major mixed-use developments, Halcyon and Avalon, both set to host a large mix of retail, office and residential space.
