Trilogy Investment Co. Names Sal Ariganello as Director of Asset Management and Investments

Trilogy Investment Co. (TIC), a leading real estate investment and development firm specializing in build-to-rent (BTR), for-sale, and lot development, announces Sal Ariganello as its new Director of Asset Management and Investments. In this role, Ariganello will oversee the execution of strategic business plans across the firm’s diverse investment portfolio. He will spearhead the underwriting of new investment initiatives spanning land acquisition, development, BTR projects, and support the Trilogy Credit Group platform.

Prior to joining TIC, Ariganello was the Director of Investments at ARK Residential in New York, where he led the underwriting of new opportunities, managed business plan execution and reported on portfolio investment performance.
Ariganello also brings valuable experience from Greystar’s East Cost Investment Group, where he was instrumental in the analysis, acquisition and performance management of a portfolio exceeding 6,000 units across various assets.
Earlier in his career, he held a key role at Wells Fargo’s Multifamily Capital Group, where he underwrote more than $4 billion in multifamily loans. He began his career at J.P. Morgan Private Bank.
Ariganello holds an MBA with a concentration in real estate from the NYU Stern School of Business. He currently resides in Manhattan with his wife and son.
