Vertical Construction Underway at Nestledown Farm BTR Development in Huntsville

Construction is moving forward quickly at Nestledown Farm in Huntsville, Alabama, with slabs poured, framing underway and several buildings dried in. Build-to-rent (BTR) general contractor Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG) is developing the 29-acre, 201-attached townhome BTR community located on Zierdt Road, adjacent to Redstone Arsenal and less than two miles from the Martin Road entrance / West Gate. 

Horizontal land development started in September 2023, and JCCG anticipates the first residents will move in Spring 2025.
