Windham Brannon, a leading accounting and advisory firm, announces the appointment of two principals and two directors.

The new principals are: Tina Dryden and Melissa Purvis.

The firm also announces two directors: Manan Bharucha and Greg Brazzel.

            Principals

  • Tina Dryden serves clients in the individual high net worth tax practice and specializes in federal and state individual income tax, estates, trusts and professional services entities.

  • Melissa Purvis serves clients in the  medical practice. She specializes in tax compliance and planning, entity structure, ownership change, merger and acquisitions and many other services. Prior to serving clients, she served as controller and CFO for a large healthcare group. She helps clients from the Windham Brannon Chattanooga office.

    Directors

  • Greg Brazzel is a director in the healthcare advisory practice providing revenue cycle and operations consulting for hospitals and hospital systems. He provides revenue cycle transformation and implementation solutions and interim leadership support.  He specializes in providing chargemaster and charge capture related services and has an MT-ASCP certification and an AAPC-CPC certification.

  • Manan Bharucha began his career at Windham Brannon and provides tax planning and compliance for both businesses and individuals, with specialization in manufacturing and distribution, closely-held businesses, professional service organizations, real estate, and state and local taxation compliance and dispute resolution.
