Clark's Steakhouse Coming Summer 2025
Wednesday, November 13th, 2024
Restaurateur Rich Clark is thrilled to announce his newest restaurant endeavor, Clark’s Steakhouse, set to open in the summer of 2025 in the Garden Hills area of Buckhead, just off Peachtree. Situated on the ground floor of the 2827 Peachtree Building—Brand Morgan and Highwoods Real Estate’s newest property—this 6,000-square-foot steakhouse will combine a classic dining experience with a distinctive Southern flair.
Guests can anticipate an elevated food menu driven by Chef Zan Malik, the current executive chef at C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar in Brookhaven. Diverging from conventional steakhouse trends, Clark’s will feature a remarkable dry-aged prime steak from Meats by Linz, expertly cooked over hardwood and finished with aromatic mesquite. Southern influences are artfully woven into the side dishes, with black-eyed peas topping the chopped salad and a she-crab soup replacing the traditional lobster bisque. Wild game options, including elk and quail sausage, can also be found on the menu. Expect crowd-pleasers like crab cakes and shrimp cocktails to grace the menu as well.
Clark’s Steakhouse will offer an exceptional beverage program designed to complement its culinary offerings. Guests can anticipate a thoughtfully curated selection of fine wines, with a focus on old-world regions, particularly Bordeaux and Italy, as they showcase the renowned wine-growing region. The cocktail menu will feature artisanal creations crafted with high-quality spirits and fresh ingredients, highlighting seasonal flavors and innovative techniques. Signature drinks will include exquisite martinis, a variety of Old Fashioneds, and classic cocktails with a modern twist.
Rich Clark is collaborating with the exceptional teams at CNNA and Z-Space Design to bring his vision to life. Infusing a New York sensibility into the heart of Atlanta, Clark’s Steakhouse will showcase a timeless design that elegantly blends classic and traditional elements. The space will feature stunning real wood floors, walls, and ceilings, complemented by heavy-duty millwork, exquisite terrazzo, and luxurious Scalamandre Velvet throughout. At the heart of the restaurant, a large racetrack bar will generate a vibrant energy, while an open kitchen invites guests to experience the culinary artistry firsthand.
The concept will also include a private dining room, named The Policy Room, designed to accommodate up to 15 guests. This regal space will be adorned with custom elements, including walls covered in Alcantara—a premium material often found in luxury vehicles like Lamborghini and Maserati—providing an opulent setting for private gatherings.
Clark’s Steakhouse aims to create an atmosphere of comfort and liveliness, combining romance with intimacy. The result is a warm and inviting space where guests can enjoy a truly memorable dining experience.
