Infinity Marketing ("Infinity"), a strategic and client-focused integrated marketing agency, is pleased to announce three team members’ promotions: Erica Gregory, Senior Manager of Web Performance; Gina O’Donnell, Senior Social and Influence Manager; and Lindsey Hulon, Senior Organizational Development Manager. These promotions include appointments to Infinity’s Senior Leadership Team.
“We are excited to continue raising the bar and positioning our team to best serve our clients in achieving their goals and growing their businesses,” says President Bo Rogers. “These three team members have shown time and again that they are driven and ready to step up as leaders. I’m excited to see what their addition to our leadership team will unlock for our clients and our company.”
In her new role, Gregory will continue leading the SEO services team, where she has expanded the client roster and team size while forging strong partnerships across teams to drive collective success. Additionally, she will oversee the web performance and conversion rate optimization teams, empowering them to further pursue growth and curiosity-led innovation. Leveraging data-driven insights, Gregory will elevate business web performance and achieve the best possible outcomes for Infinity's clients.
O’Donnell has been a social media team member for over eight years, enhancing the program through efficiency initiatives, training, and client relationship building. Stepping into her new role as the leader of Infinity’s social media and influence teams, she will seek new opportunities for the influence and social teams to raise the agency’s profile and expand its on-air influencer program. Additionally, she will continue to prioritize professional development and use her expertise to improve internal procedures.
Hulon brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to her new role as Senior Organizational Development Manager. Starting her journey at Infinity as a Graphic Designer, Hulon's creativity, dedication, and leadership abilities quickly propelled her into the role of Creative Team Manager. Now, as she joins the senior leadership team, Hulon will leverage her in-depth understanding of team dynamics and development to enhance the People and Culture team. Her focus will include driving impactful employee engagement initiatives, advancing professional development and training, and overseeing internal process enhancements.
