Tindall Corporation, one of the largest precast concrete manufacturers in North America, is proud to welcome Paul Bieber as Director of Business Development.

Bieber comes to Tindall with over two decades of leadership experience in the concrete building products
industry. His expertise includes revenue generation, operational efficiency, and team building.

In his previous role, he led national sales teams, managed a $165M P&L, and drove significant growth and profitability. With a strong background in sales strategy and extensive technical knowledge, Bieber is well-equipped to lead Tindall’s business development efforts.

In his new role, Bieber will contribute to Tindall’s operations in several key ways. By creating business development strategies, generating high-level relationships with current and future partners, and managing market verticals, he will help Tindall achieve both its short- and long-term objectives.

Furthermore, Bieber will closely collaborate with Tindall’s sales and marketing teams to develop action plans and budgets, identify trade shows and other organizational opportunities for engagement, and manage external market intelligence to inform broader company strategy.
