Aerotech Machining has announced the completion of its newest flexible manufacturing system (FMS) in its Bloomingdale, GA facility.  

Joey Jones, President and CEO of Aerotech Machining, said “this expansion is part of the company's long-term strategy to ramp its complex machining reach as well as combat the manufacturing labor shortage.” 

Sagar Patel, the company's chief operating officer, said, "The recent installation gives us three multi-axis machine tools linked to 44 pallets and 400 tools. This system allows for advanced scheduling and just-in-time manufacturing. The state-of-the-art automation is designed for fully optimized production flow.
