Hannah Coleman Joins Miller & Martin as Corporate Transactions Attorney

 Miller & Martin PLLC welcomes Hannah Coleman who recently joined as an associate in its Corporate department.

Coleman brings extensive experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters. She regularly advises companies on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across various industries. In addition to her M&A expertise, she assists clients with entity formation and governance, corporate reorganizations and general business matters.

Prior to joining Miller & Martin, Coleman also gained valuable experience in commercial real estate transactions, advising developers, sponsors and investors on various legal and business issues related to the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets and portfolios. Her practice included structuring, negotiating and drafting joint venture agreements and related documentation for equity investments across all asset classes.

Coleman earned both her law degree and undergraduate degrees from University of Georgia, where she graduated magna cum laude. While obtaining her law degree, she was a Regional Champion at the Denver Transactional Law Meet, the recruitment chair for the Negotiation and Transactional Law Competition Team, and Vice President of Membership for the Dean’s Ambassadors. Coleman is a licensed attorney in the state of Georgia.
