NAIOP Georgia Announces New Signature Philanthropic Event – Night at the Fights

Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Monday, December 2nd, 2024

NAIOP Georgia, the state’s foremost commercial real estate association, today announces Night at the Fights, a reimagined fundraising event that encourages memorable interactions while raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for organizations within our community, since its inception. NAIOP Night at the Fights will be held at Flourish Atlanta on Feb. 27, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

“NAIOP Night has long been the event where the entire industry gets together for a fun night of networking and supporting a worthy cause such as Ron Clark Academy,” said Greg Boler, Managing Partner of KMT Partners LLC and incoming President of NAIOP Georgia Chapter. “As we were planning the 2025 event, it became clear that we needed a jolt of excitement to keep attendees coming back, so we looked at what other chapters around the country were doing and decided to tap into our Chapter’s rich history. We are looking forward to introducing NAIOP Night at the Fights, an innovative event where everyone in the industry can join together once again.”

NAIOP Night at the Fights is being produced by Buckhead Fight Club, Atlanta’s favorite boxing gym since 2013. The event will include networking and dinner, as well as several matches. The matches will include professional boxers, as well as industry “ringers.” These ringers will train with Buckhead Fight Club for two months before heading into the ring for thrilling real estate industry bouts. “This night has never been about just an event – it’s a catalyst for connections that, this year, will last long after the final bell, cementing relationships across our industry,” said Brandon Houston, Managing Director for Trammell Crow Company. “We are most excited to bring something a little different to the networking scene while keeping our main objective in mind, raising money to impact our members and our community. It’s a night where deals are made, and careers are elevated in an atmosphere that celebrates the diversity and dynamism of Atlanta’s real estate community.”

Tickets and tables will go on sale in January, and sponsorships are available now. For more information, please contact NAIOP Georgia Executive Director Teresa Tatum  – [email protected]. Other upcoming events include the NAIOP GA November Breakfast Meeting, presented by the NAIOP Future Leaders on Nov. 11, 2024, and the Annual Xtreme Makeover with Ron Clark Academy on December 12-14, 2024.
