Ryan Companies Appointments Senior Vice President of Speculative Industrial Development in the Southeast

Ryan Companies US, Inc., a national commercial real estate solutions provider, today announced that Kathleen Bonesz has been named senior vice president of speculative industrial development in the Southeast region, a new position created by the firm to focus and centralize its work in the sector.
In her new position, Kathleen will apply more than 18 years of real estate experience to promote the growth and expansion of Ryan’s industrial business, including extensive knowledge in all aspects of the development process from sourcing deals, initial design planning, entitlements, plans and permitting through the construction process and leasing. Kathleen previously served as the vice president of logistics for the Southeast Region at Brookfield Properties, where she was responsible for sourcing sites for ground-up industrial development, leading pre-development services and preparing underwriting materials across the region.
“With nearly two decades of experience in the industrial real estate sector, I possess a deep understanding of what makes these properties highly attractive to users,” said Kathleen. “Despite recent challenges in the commercial real estate market, industrial has consistently proven to be a resilient and thriving sector, and I look forward to expanding Ryan’s speculative industrial presence across the Southeast.”
Since graduating from the University of Florida, Kathleen has been a leader in the commercial real estate industry with more than 385 acres of deals executed and substantial work with notable logistics users including Ace Hardware, Ikea and Amazon.
