CBRE announced that Jake Reid has joined its Southeast Multifamily team in Atlanta as Senior Vice President, focusing on middle-market multifamily sales throughout the metro area and Southeastern U.S.

Reid brings more than 21 years of industry experience to CBRE. Most recently, he served as Managing Director, Georgia Production Lead with Capstone Companies’ multifamily platform. Prior to that, he was Senior Director of Franklin Street’s multifamily sales team in greater Atlanta for more than 12 years. Throughout his career, he’s represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of over $2 billion in multifamily assets.

Reid is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in international business with a concentration in finance.
