Windham Brannon, a leading accounting and advisory firm, admits Laura Berry as a shareholder of the firm beginning in October 2024.

Berry has been an invaluable member of Windham Brannon since she joined the firm in 2008, and she now serves as leader of the Advisory Practice and a member of the firm’s Operating Committee.

Berry draws on her extensive experience in both transactional and strategic advisory services. As a trusted advisor, she concentrates on complex restructuring situations and financial due diligence, including quality of earnings analysis, for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Her public accounting career began in tax compliance and advisory and has worked with many companies ranging from large public companies to family-owned, private businesses.
