On Thursday, November 21, 2024, the Atlanta Business League hosted its 91st Annual Meeting. During this event, V&L Research & Consulting and Corporate Environmental Risk Management were inducted into ABL’s Hall of Fame. This prestigious recognition honors businesses that exemplify excellence in leadership, innovation, and a sustained commitment to community and economic development.

Founded in 1995, CERM has grown to become a leader in the engineering, environmental, and program management industries. With a steadfast focus on delivering quality services and building relationships, CERM has contributed significantly to critical infrastructure and environmental projects across the Southeast.

“This honor reflects not only the success of our business but also the collective efforts of our talented team, trusted clients, and supportive community,” said Terrell Gibbs, CERM’s Chief Operating Officer. “We are deeply grateful to the Atlanta Business League for this recognition and to everyone who has been part of our journey.”

ABL’s induction into the Hall of Fame highlights:

  • Commitment to Excellence: Nearly three decades of providing innovative solutions in engineering and environmental services.

  • Community Impact: A dedication to supporting local workforce development through initiatives like the CERM Job Shadow Program and scholarships for students pursuing STEM careers.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: A legacy of empowering underrepresented professionals and businesses in the construction and environmental services sectors.

The Atlanta Business League has been a champion for Black-owned businesses since its founding, making this recognition particularly meaningful for CERM.
