Rochelle Reeder, Chief Development Officer
Rochelle Reeder joins CHRIS 180 with over a decade of transformative leadership in nonprofit development and fundraising. Her career spans key roles at renowned organizations, including the Robert W. Woodruff Arts Center, Meals On Wheels Atlanta, and Spelman College, where she cultivated high-impact donor relationships and spearheaded innovative fundraising campaigns. Notable achievements include securing a $2M endowment at Spelman College, achieving a 30% revenue increase at YRMedia, and leading a $55M capital campaign at the Westside Future Fund. Rochelle holds a Master of Arts in Philanthropy and Development from LaGrange College.

Warren Binderman, Chief Financial Officer
Warren Binderman joins CHRIS 180 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing extensive expertise in financial leadership across healthcare, social services, and corporate sectors. He has served as CEO and CFO of various organizations, including his own consulting firm, Binderman Group, LLC, and as Interim CFO to restructure one of the nation’s largest Federally Qualified Healthcare Systems. Warren has also been CFO for a nationwide healthcare system and a crude oil exploration company. A skilled strategist and business partner, Warren specializes in financial transformation and process improvements.

Warren earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business. He is an active CPA in Georgia and Maryland and has served on numerous nonprofit and national boards. A dedicated philanthropist, Warren and his family are deeply committed to giving back through both time and resources.
