Thirteen Atlanta commercial real estate industry leaders have been elected as officers and board directors of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Atlanta, the predominant organization for advancing women in commercial real estate. The team of CRE executives serves one, two or three year terms depending on their roles and represents one of the largest CREW Network chapters of more than 14,000 professionals and 85 chapters globally.
The slate of 2025 officers includes President Heidi Swygert of JLL, Immediate Past-President Cristina Anderson of Anderson Public Relations, President-Elect Dana Ladd of Warner Summers and Treasurer Marcia Nally of Moore Colson CPAs. Sharon Goldmacher of communications 21, Gwen Kovar of Cooper Cary, and Jen Reeves of IA are returning as directors for the second year of their two-year terms, and Hilary Fentress of Chicago Title, Gina Lee of Corgan, Vanessa Manners of Impact and Courtney Santry of CDH Partners will be joining the board for two-year terms as directors. Susana Chavez of Park Place will be returning for her second year of a two-year term in an advisory role. Chapter Director Katie Smith remains on the board ex officio.
“It is an honor to be serving CREW Atlanta as the 2025 president as we strengthen the commercial real estate industry by advancing the achievements of women,” said Swygert. “CREW Atlanta is a dynamic chapter that is streamlined for success and focused on member value by providing industry-leading programs and engaging events, fostering innovation in the industry, and strengthening industry partnerships with organizations that are aligned with our mission.”
In 2025, CREW Atlanta will build on the momentum of its strategic planning to build more value for its members throughout their career by launching a new scholarship program, refining the current mentorship program and reimaging its acclaimed CREW Leadership program to include a professional certificate. Additionally, the organization is building on its tradition of cutting-edge programming and networking to provide enhanced industry insights and leadership development.
“With members from every discipline of commercial real estate, CREW Atlanta is uniquely positioned to transform the CRE industry and advance the careers of our members,” continued Swygert. “By advancing women through education, leadership and connection, we are getting commercial real estate deals done and making sure everyone is invited to the table.”
