PeopleLift, a global leader in innovative talent and hiring solutions, announces the following partner promotions effective immediately including Tim David named as fully vested partner, and Catiana Ibarra named as partner. PeopleLift is venture-led by the Visconti Group.

David, who joined PeopleLift in 2020, was most recently a Partner leading the organization’s manufacturing sector and is responsible for growing its recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), contingent staffing, and direct hire lines of business. Ibarra leads operations in LATAM and was most recently managing the company’s Talent Operations enterprise. She joined PeopleLift in 2021.
