The Providence Group, the premier developer and homebuilder of award-winning neighborhoods throughout Atlanta, has partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® for the third consecutive year to build the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home in Atlanta, which will be located in their newest neighborhood, Palisades at Sawnee Village, a new mixed-use development on 152 acres in Cumming, GA.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place on January 16, 2025, and was attended by The Providence Group team, its trade partners, local St. Jude donors, volunteers, sponsors and others. The 2025 St. Jude Dream Home will be the Caplin plan, which is an open concept design featuring a guest suite on the main level with the owner’s suite, two secondary bedrooms and a loft on the second floor. The plan has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2,518 square feet of living space with a covered rear porch and a striking modern farmhouse elevation.

Sawnee Village is a mixed-use community located within 1 mile of the new Cumming City Center. Upon completion, the gated community will include more than 500 detached and attached homes within the walkable mixed-use neighborhood. There will also be commercial, office, retail and entertainment venues. The thoughtful selection of homes within the gated, maintenance-free, master planned neighborhood of Sawnee Village will attract a variety of residents from empty nesters and singles to families with children.

These prestigious awards are selected from several homebuilders who support the more than 40+ Dream Homes across the country.

The St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway program is one of the most prominent and longstanding fundraisers for St. Jude, raising more than $650 million dollars since 1991. The St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway program was founded by Dr. Donald Mack, a pediatric physician from Shreveport, Louisiana. Builders, subcontractors, vendors and other campaign sponsors that donate time and labor to build a home help ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – so they can focus on helping their child live.

Tickets for the 2025 Atlanta St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway will be available starting April 2025 and will support St. Jude in its work advancing treatments and cures for life-threatening pediatric diseases The home will be raffled off in July 2025.
