Sterling Seacrest Pritchard Announces Four New Partners

Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, one of the nation’s top 100 commercial insurance brokerages, is pleased to announce that four new partners were recently elected by the voting shareholders of the firm. The selected client advisors include Jeb Blazevich, Caroline Gregory, Mike Shrubb, and Cole Swede.

Jeb Blazevich is based out of the company’s Savannah office and is an experienced Benefits Broker dedicated to consulting and administering employee benefits programs for all business types. Jeb graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance. During his time at UGA, he played on the football team where he helped lead the Dawgs to both the SEC and Rose Bowl Championship. Jeb is an active volunteer within his community serving as a counter-trafficking and homeless advocate, a volunteer with Make-A-Wish Georgia, and as a mentor to young adults through athletic and leadership opportunities. 

Caroline Gregory concentrates on commercial insurance with a unique focus on transportation, warehouse, and logistics. A native of Savannah, Caroline graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance. She is an active member of her community and has served with various organizations including the United Way of the Coastal Empire, Chatham Savannah Citizen Advocacy, Leukemia Lymphoma Society, and Folds of Honor Savannah. Caroline was the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society 2021 Women of the Year and is also a graduate of Leadership Savannah.

Mike Shrubb has over 10 years of commercial insurance experience and specializes in the design and implementation of comprehensive insurance solutions for the manufacturing, consumer goods, technology and professional service industries. Mike is based in the company’s Atlanta office where he also helps lead SSP’s Technology & Cyber Practice Group. Mike received his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and is an active supporter of the National Brain Tumor Society and A+ Squash, a non-profit organization that provides academic tutoring, athletic coaching and mentorship to students in the Atlanta area.

Cole Swede concentrates on the construction industry by directly working with contractors to increase their bonding capacity and protect their greatest assets. Based in Little Rock, Cole has a varied portfolio as a risk manager and surety specialist serving contractors and related industries.  Cole’s focus in the industrial contracting/heavy construction markets includes expertise in experience modifier protection, compliance with contract requirements, and claims advocacy. Cole earned a BBA in Finance from Harding University. An active contributor to his industry, he is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Arkansas, the Arkansas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, INC., and received the Amerisure Insurance “Top of the Stack Award” in 2021.
