Marvisi brings litigation experience on both sides of the aisle, having represented both businesses and individuals in legal matters. His practice includes handling complex commercial litigation, as well as disputes involving consumer finance and protection, employment law, breach of contract, landlord-tenant issues, water contamination, real estate issues and immigration. He was named a “Rising Star” by California Super Lawyers, and his prior firm honored him as Pro Bono Attorney of the Year for his service to the community. Marvisi earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, cum laude, and his law degree from The George Washington University Law School, where he co-founded the Entrepreneurship and Law Society.
Crain was previously an associate at an Am Law 100 labor and employment firm, where he advised large-scale employers, global manufacturers, and pharmaceutical and healthcare industry organizations on a variety of issues from Title VII best practices to Alabama-specific tax regulations. He has independently investigated, defended and mediated EEOC charges from employees at all levels and prepared clients for on-site investigations. Crain earned his undergraduate degree at Arkansas State University, magna cum laude, and his law degree from The University of Alabama School of Law,cum laude, where he was a Senior Editor on the Alabama Law Review, Dean’s Scholar full-tuition scholarship recipient, inducted into the Order of Barristers and a member of the Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society.
